Mission & Constraints
Started from landlord pain points rather than from a feature list — the same order of operations as the research tooling.
The utility cost allocation system is the core: AWS Textract extracts charges from uploaded bills, and the platform distributes them fairly across a shared household each month.
Tenant-facing PDF breakdowns exist because the hard part of shared utilities is not arithmetic, it is trust. Every allocation is shown, not just billed.
